Welcome to our new website. We have thought long and hard about making the changes that you see, we have listened to all your emails and feedback regarding the old website and difficulties such as searching for an item and errors when checking out. To allow us to continue as an online retailer we have made the decision to switch to a completely different program to what we have previously been using. We hope this will greatly improve the user experience, making the information and products you are looking for easier to find and more intuitive.
Unfortunately, as part of the switch, we were unable to migrate password and account information and a new account will need to be set up. Additionally, our new site does not have reward point functionality, if you had reward points on your account, please contact us as we will still honour those points. We will still continue to offer sales via discount codes, if you haven't already, sign up for our newsletter which will be sent out monthly with the latest news and offers.
We appreciate it can be frustrating when using a new website or software, however we are here to help if you have any issues regarding your accounts, checking out, finding a product or any other question you may have.
