Due to the continued strikes by Royal Mail and the large volume of orders that are either going missing or arriving weeks after the due date we have taken the decision to close our store for the Christmas holidays. You will be able to continue to place orders and we will dispatch these when we are back from our holidays on the 3rd of January. We will be continuing to reply to messages and emails until the 22nd of December and on some days through out the holidays.
For those of you who have placed an order and this has not arrived due to the strikes we will support you as much as possible. It is just as frustrating for us as it is for you when an order does not arrive and this is even more frustrating when items are brought well in advance of Christmas.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your custom throughout the years and look forward to continuing this in the years ahead. I hope we can resume normal service in the New Year. Merry Christmas to all of you.
