Optimum Caffeine

Size
  • Proven 1:2 ratio
  • Increased mental alertness
  • Improve focus

Optimum Caffeine is the ideal combination of Caffeine & L-Theanine. Caffeine is well known for its stimulating effects and mental boosting properties. L-Theanine is the calming amino acid found in Green Tea, which boosts Alpha brain waves and which users claim put them in the 'zone' were work and learning seems to flow.

However, unlike Green Tea, Optimum Caffeine contains the ideal ratio of caffeine to L-Theanine in a 1:2 ratio, that is 100mg of caffeine with 200mg of L-Theaine. Beware of cheap alternative which are load with caffeine but contain inadequate amounts of L-Theanine, a compound which is 6-7 times more expensive than caffeine. If you have been unsuccessful with the caffeine/theanine combo then we recommend trying optimum caffeine.

The caffeine / L-Theanine combination is starting to become well recognised on internet boards for its positive effects on reducing the jitters & anxiety associated with caffeine, giving the user a calm, clean focus. Other users have found it ideal for social occasions, making them relaxed, with a improved mood and alertness

Each Serving (1 Capsule) Contains:
Caffeine 100mg **
L-Theanine 200mg **

Ingredients: Caffeine Anhydrous, L-Theaine, Gelatine Capsule
