Ultra Vitamin B Complex with PQQ and CoQ10

I have used the above supplement for several months, and do find it beneficial. I need to maximise energy production at the cellular level as I have COPD, and I am inclined to have sudden "energy drains". It is expensive but has other supps included that I would otherwise need to buy. Perhaps it is particularly effective for an elderly person, as I am, but a range of opinions would be helpful. Anyway, I do recommend giving it a try.
