Vitamin K2 MK-7 100 mcg

  • 100mcg of Vitamin K2 as MK-7 in the all-trans configuration per tablet
  • Standard daily dose used in long-term K2 supplementation
  • Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones
Description

Vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7) is the longest-acting form of vitamin K, with a half-life of several days in the bloodstream. At 100mcg per tablet, this is a standard daily dose suitable for long-term, sustainable supplementation — distinct from our higher-strength 500mcg MK-7 product for those seeking a higher dose.

The MK-7 we use is in the all-trans configuration, the biologically active form. Some MK-7 ingredients available on the market contain a mixture of all-trans and inactive cis isomers; standardising on all-trans means the full labelled 100mcg is in the form the body can use.

Approved EFSA Health Claims for Vitamin K:

  • Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones

Sluggish Delivery

Used Pheonix loads of times in the past but as they dont work Fridays so this has an impact on delivery.
Prices are now also a tad more expensive as well to other supplement sellers.
They've also stopped accepting Paypal.
Might start looking elsewhere.

Above and beyond

My original order never arrived. Knowing how bad the post can be I left it a week before reporting the non-arrival. James at Phoenix sorted it out and the replacement arrived the next day.

I used to take a proprietary calcium/D/K formulation but I now get calcium/D3 on prescription so I need to add K2 back in. My brother recommended Phoenix to me and I’m very pleased.
