Vitamin D3 and K2 5000IU / 100mcg

  • 5,000IU Vitamin D3 (125mcg) plus 100mcg Vitamin K2 MK-7 per tablet
  • Standard D3-to-K2 ratio used in combined supplementation
  • Vitamin D and Vitamin K each contribute to the maintenance of normal bones
Description

Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 work together in the body's calcium-handling pathways. Vitamin D3 helps regulate calcium absorption from the diet; Vitamin K2 plays a role in directing where that calcium is deposited. Combining the two in a single supplement is now a common approach, particularly for those supplementing with higher D3 doses.
