Daily Essentials Multi Vitamin and Mineral

  • Two-a-day multivitamin and mineral formula with 15 active nutrients

  • Contributes to energy-yielding metabolism, immune function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
Description

Daily Essentials is a high-strength multivitamin and mineral formulated to deliver meaningful daily doses of each ingredient rather than the trace amounts typical of supermarket multivitamins. Where most multis use the cheapest available form of each nutrient, Daily Essentials uses the active coenzyme forms of the key B vitamins and chelated forms of the minerals.

Active forms used:

  • Vitamin B2 as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (R-5-P)

bone density minerals are not optimal

Specially for people aged above 40 require bond density for which magnesium boron, and bioavailable calcium (not calcium carbonate) are important; these key nutrients are missing here. In my family younger people have got better results than the older. But the vitamin b complex variants here are praiseworthy.
