Zinc & Selenium

  • Chelated Minerals for Improved Bioavailability
  • Healthy Immune System
  • Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails

Zinc is essential for over 300 enzyme reactions responsible for the metabolism of nutrients, neurotransmitters and DNA synthesis. Adequate Zinc levels help contribute towards a healthy immune system, digestion, improved stress levels, energy metabolism, reduced acne and wound healing. It is thought that between 20 & 30% of the population is deficient in Zinc, with depleting zinc levels in soil further contributing to this.

Selenium is another mineral which is just as important as Zinc for healthy cells, taken together these two minerals can contribute towards improved growth of hair, skin and nails, as well as internal cells, boosting the bodies ability to fight infection.

Our Zinc & Selenium tablets use chelated, bioavailable forms as picolinate and selenomethionine which are better absorbed by the body and reduce stomach discomfort.
