High Strength Vitamin D3 4000IU

  • 4,000IU of Vitamin D3 (100mcg) per tablet — 2,000% NRV
  • Natural cholecalciferol form, extracted from lanolin
  • Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
Description

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is produced naturally in the skin in response to sunlight, but in the UK, the sun is only strong enough to produce meaningful vitamin D between roughly April and September. The NHS recommends that adults consider supplementing with at least 10mcg (400IU) of vitamin D daily during autumn and winter, with many people benefiting from higher doses based on their individual needs.

Our High Strength Vitamin D3 delivers 4,000IU (100mcg) per tablet — a substantial daily dose used by many people who have tested low or who want robust year-round levels. The cholecalciferol used is extracted from lanolin, the same natural source the body uses to produce its own vitamin D.
