Max Strength Vitamin D3 10000IU

  • 10,000IU of Vitamin D3 (250mcg) per tablet — equivalent to 5,000% NRV
  • Natural cholecalciferol form, extracted from lanolin
  • Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
Description

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the same form of vitamin D that the body produces naturally in response to sunlight. For most people in the UK, year-round sunlight exposure is insufficient to maintain optimal vitamin D status — the NHS itself recommends supplementation during autumn and winter, and many people benefit from it year-round.

Our Max Strength Vitamin D3 delivers 10,000IU (250mcg) per tablet, providing a high-dose option for those wanting to maintain robust vitamin D levels. The cholecalciferol used is extracted from lanolin, the same natural source from which the body produces its own vitamin D.

Approved EFSA Health Claims for Vitamin D:

  • Contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus

Excellent to tackle strong deficiency

I ordered after my blood test has shown strong deficiency with symptoms of hairloss and fatigue. Per indication, the maximum safe dosis is 40K units a week, so 4 tablets of this 10K units dosis. I had 7 weeks prescribed treatment and included some suntanning outside the main hours 12-3pm. Blood tests returned great results, improvement from 20 to 70. I continued with 15-20K units a week, half a tablet a day, during the grey UK's weather months, latest blood results in February returned levels over 80, perfect, and a sweet spot with dosage. Hope you find yours!
