Magnesium Bisglycinate 300mg Tablets

  • 300mg of magnesium bisglycinate per tablet — providing 30mg elemental magnesium
  • Chelated form bound to the amino acid glycine
  • Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
Description

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzyme reactions in the body and is one of the four most abundant minerals in the human body, found in highest concentrations in bone, muscle and the nervous system. Despite its importance, magnesium intake in the UK is frequently lower than the recommended levels.

Our tablets use magnesium bisglycinate — magnesium bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. This chelated form is recognised as one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium and is generally well tolerated by the digestive system, unlike magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed and can cause loose stools.

Each tablet provides 300mg of magnesium bisglycinate, delivering 30mg of elemental magnesium. The recommended daily intake of magnesium for adults is 300-400mg, and several tablets per day may be required to provide a meaningful supplemental amount.

Approved EFSA Health Claims for Magnesium:

An essential in our house!

Orders always arrive quickly and well packaged.
The magnesium bisglycinate the whole family use. We find it especially helpful before bed for our autistic daughter and my husband who works constant night shifts they both struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep. When taking the tablets there is a noticeable difference in thier sleep.

We also take the vitamin d3 and the vitamin b complex.

Brilliant product that are essential parts of our day.
