Ingredients

DigeZyme® is a combination of five different digestive enzymes; amylase, which breaks down starch to sugars; protease, which aids the hydrolysis of peptide bonds and proteins to amino acids; lactase, which splits milk sugar lactose, to produce the glucose and galactose; lipase which breaks down fats; and cellulase which breaks down cellulose fibres. Addionally, we have added 1 billion units of Lactobacillus acidophilus, a natural bacteria found in the body, to help break down food and absorb nutrients

Ingredients

Directions

Works for me! As does a number of Pheonix Nutrition products. All good!

Was Lactospore unnessecary?

Was Lactospore unnecessary?

I was taking Phoenix Optimum Probiotic before but then the product changed to Digezyme on its own without the Lactospore ingredient.
I have not experienced any noticeable difference between the two products and my guts are still in a stable condition, no bloating, and most importantly almost non-existent Hiatus Hernia at night – gripe water if necessary!
