These Phoenix Nutrition vitamins D3+K2 turned many of my hurting conditions around several years ago. I bought these ones for someone else as I now take the higher Phoenix Nutrition doses of D3 10,000iu and their separate higher dose K2 as it’s winter and there’s no sunshine to soak up.
Remembering that Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin 🌟and most are either low or deficient in vitamin D especially in the colder months
Vitamin D also helps keep colds and flu/viruses at bay too.
