Vitamin K2 exists in several menaquinone forms, with MK-4 and MK-7 being the two most commonly supplemented. The two forms behave differently in the body: MK-4 has a shorter half-life and accumulates in specific tissues, while MK-7 has a longer half-life and circulates in the bloodstream for several days after a single dose.

Our Vitamin K2 Complex combines both forms in a single tablet — 1,000mcg of MK-4 alongside 100mcg of MK-7 in the bioavailable all-trans configuration. This blended approach lets you cover both forms in one daily tablet rather than alternating products.
